7/14/25. Say hello to LAYLA! This super cute young doberman girl is just under a year old and is looking for her forever home. She was rescued by a kind person who couldn’t keep her, so she ended up at MDAS. They microchipped her and found her original owner, but sadly, that person didn’t want her anymore and just left her behind. Even though we’re already overwhelmed with dogs, we couldn’t let Layla be left out in the cold. She’s a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, she’ll come over for some sweet kisses. We’re still getting to know her, and haven’t had a chance to see how she does with other dogs yet, but she seems to do okay with kids over 10. Beyond that, we don’t have a lot of details. She’s a lovely Doberman, and we’re sure that with some time, love, patience, and gentle guidance, she’ll become a fantastic member of any family.
